ALL LOCAL UNIONS SYSTEM COUNCIL
NO. 2
Dear Sisters and Brothers:
On the date of March 12, 2007, Vice General
Chairman/Secretary-Treasurer Pat Perry underwent knee
surgery. On March 22, 2007, complications had set in
and he had to have another surgery. He was then
released on March 26, 2007, and is currently recovering at
home. Cards can be sent to his home address at: 200
Clark Street, Mondamin, IA 51557.
Assistant General Chairmen Jim Wisniski, Don Tortorice and
Randy Shell held a Public Law Board 7001 on March 21, 2007,
at The Villages, Florida, with the Honorable Don Hampton.
Sixteen (16) cases were heard and we are currently awaiting
the decision on those cases.
Assistant General Chairmen Jim Wisniski and Don Tortorice,
along with myself and the Shopcraft Coalition attended a
meeting with CMO Barry Kanuch and Labor Relations on March
29, 2007, at the Ameristar in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Also, Jim Prizmich, Local Union 708, gave a presentation on
the Code of Excellence.
